It replaces a system run by impartial prosecutors, judges and juries with a system that places those with a desire for vengeance in the position of dispensing justice. [...]</description>

		<description>We already have really tough prison system in california. I believe people deserve 2nd oportunities in life,especially if you commited a crime when you were a young teenager without parent&#039;s support.In most parole hearings inmates are not consider elgible for parole, and if they&#039;re the governor reverses their parole.Proposition 9 is unjust and expensive for california.</description>
