Op-Ed at SF Chronicle piece from smarty pants lawyer about chalenge to same-sex marriage bans under federal constitution. We agree, but think it’ll happen at state level first, Supreme Court is a while down the road and it will come through a repeal of DOMA.

Actually, now that we think about it, all these local rallies should get together and go to DC and constantly protest against DOMA, now that would be interesting.
