It's truthful and to the point, so basically pure Arnold speak. The gridlock is a major problem when budgets are always late. (except for 4 times in the last 20 years) America is supposed to be the land of milk and honey, not the place to come wait in line for your money. WE need to lower taxes so businesses can get a break and make cuts in wasteful spending. I know people on disibility who get money from SSI and they quit their jobs, get unemployment so they can still pay the rent AND buy drugs, toys (yes I know a 45 yr old guy who stockpiles toys from SSI money) Beer and any other stupid wastful things people buy with money they don't earn. California is in trouble because of the liberal mentality and system to reward the lazy. Why do we need welfare? Can we really keep sending checks to the "needy" when we have no money? I say that Arnold needs to make drastic cuts to bring it back to a more sane level. People on welfare shouldn't be able to afford pets, cable TV, internet etc. Cut the umbilicle cord! I don't have a job now either. But the last thing I want is money from the state, a union job or hand out. I'll search for a job like the 11% of my fellow unemployed Californians.
