Stock Up On Four Loko and Joose – Alcoholic Energy Drinks Banned in California!

We just got an email from AG Jerry Brown’s office proclaiming a “settlement” reached with MillerCoors over alcohol-based energy drinks, specifically Sparks.  The settlement?  They banned alcohol-based energy drinks.  Why?  Because according to the AG, Sparks makes kids go nutso.  Huh? Did anyone even know this was a problem?  Is this a problem? Is this what the AG should be working on?  Sure, Sparks and Joose taste horrendous, but it’s not like it’s a speedball in a can.  This is not a threat to young people.  If you want to ban something truly dangerous, start with high-fructose corn syrup.  Read more
